Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Night Operations professional to ensure the smooth running of hotel services during night hours. You will manage guest relations, perform front office duties, and supervise night porter activities to maintain the highest service standards.

The role emphasizes health & safety responsibilities, including fire walks and security checks, with duties spanning F&B service and meeting room setup to support a seamless overnight operation.

Qualifications

• Previous Nights or hotel reception experience is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a customer/guest-facing position.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Guest relations.
• Responsible for overall health & safety at night, including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties, e.g. first aid.
• Performed front Office duties, including running the night audit report and checking and check-out guests.
• Supervising the night porter.
• Food & Beverage service at night.
• Ensuring meeting rooms are set to the correct standard.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the hotel.
