Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a skilled night operations professional to manage the hotel overnight shift. You will handle guest relations, health & safety duties, and front office tasks such as night audits and coordinating night porters.

Experience in hotel reception is essential, with strong organisational skills and teamwork. The role includes night-time Food & Beverage service and ensuring meeting rooms meet standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Nights or hotel reception experience is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a customer/guest-facing position.
• Good computer skills; knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work.
• A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with staff and guests.
• The ability to work on their initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Guest relations.
• Responsible for overall health & safety at night, including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties, e.g. first aid.
• Performed front Office duties, including running the night audit report and checking and check-out guests.
• Supervising the night porter.
• Food & Beverage service at night.
• Ensuring meeting rooms are set to the correct standard.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the hotel.
