Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is searching for a Night Supervisor to ensure smooth and safe overnight operations while maintaining exceptional guest service. You will handle guest relations, front office tasks, and coordinate with the night porter to deliver seamless service across all night-time activities.

Qualifications

• Nights or hotel reception experience is essential.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Opera PMS knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to delegate.
• Friendly, warm and approachable personality when dealing with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth night operations and ensure the highest level of guest service.
• Manage guest relations at night.
• Ensure health and safety at night, including fire walks, security checks and first aid.
• Perform front office duties including night audit and guest check-out.
• Supervise the night porter.
• Provide food & beverage service at night.
• Ensure meeting rooms are set to standard.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the hotel.
