Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Night Supervisor to manage overnight hotel operations, ensuring top-class guest service and safety. You will supervise night staff, coordinate night audit activities and support front desk tasks as required.

Ideal candidates will have previous hotel night or reception experience, strong computer skills (Opera preferred) and the ability to lead and delegate effectively while maintaining a warm, approachable manner with guests and staff alike.

• Experience in a hotel/night operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage smooth nightly hotel operations and guest service.
• Oversee health and safety tasks at night.
• Run night audit reports and manage check-ins/outs.
• Supervise the night porter.
• Oversee Food & Beverage service at night.
• Ensure meeting rooms are prepared to standard.
• Contribute to efficient hotel operations.
