Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Night Porter to support guest services and hotel operations. You will check guests in and out, assist with luggage, and help maintain cleanliness across lobby, back areas, and event spaces. You will also set up meeting rooms and ensure the front entrance remains welcoming and tidy.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out hotel guests and assist with guest requests (luggage/porterage).
• Clean designated hotel areas per nightly checklist (lobby, back office, public and staff areas).
• Set up function rooms, breakfast area, and ensure front entrance is clean and tidy.
• Understand and follow hotel fire procedures to ensure safety of staff and guests.
