Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is hiring a Night Porter to support guests, assist with luggage, and maintain a clean, safe hotel environment. You will learn essential skills through the Dalata Academy and have opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with customers.
• Good spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out hotel guests and assist with luggage/porterage.
• Responsible for cleaning areas including lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant, bar floor, public and staff areas.
• Clean other areas as directed and assist with meeting room setup and breakfast area.
• Maintain front entrance and outside areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Understand and follow hotel fire procedures to ensure safety.
• Set up meeting rooms as required.
