Job summary

Aerogen in Galway, Ireland, is seeking an Assistant Inventory Coordinator (Evening Shift) to manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts within a regulated manufacturing setting.

The role requires experience with ERP/MRP systems, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work evenings on site at Parkmore. You will support continuous improvement, assist with audits, and help coordinate deliveries and warehouse housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Significant experience using MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience performing cycle counting.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• A relevant qualification in supply chain or business would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and MRB processing.
• Maintain and file transaction records and stock data.
• Support ERP improvements and stock information updates.
• Ensure GMP and housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Coordinate deliveries and stock put-away, including Shannon shipments.
