Aerogen, headquartered in Galway, invites applications for an Assistant Inventory Coordinator (Evening Shift) at Parkmore. You will oversee inventory cycle counts, ensure accurate stock levels, and coordinate wafer allocation on the evening shift, working within a GMP-conscious warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience using MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience performing cycle counting and resolving discrepancies.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Relevant qualification in Supply chain or Business would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Be the Nominated Inventory Contact for wafer allocation on evening shift.
• Assist with monthly cycle counting and MRB handling with Quality.
• Support ERP improvements and update stock information in the system.
• Ensure GMP and housekeeping in the warehouse.
