Job summary

Aerogen, based in Galway, is seeking an Assistant Inventory Coordinator (Day Shift) to manage inventory control in the Parkmore warehouse. The role includes kitting process responsibilities and ensuring accurate stock levels to meet production demand.

You will contribute to inventory accuracy, support continuous improvement, and work with ERP systems to track receipts, locations, and stock movements. Galway role with Parkmore site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience using MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience of performing cycle counting.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• A relevant qualification in Supply chain or Business would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory transactions and daily picking to meet production needs.
• Assist with monthly cycle counting and MRB processes.
• Maintain stock records and update ERP inventory data.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory control and ERP enhancements.
