Job summary

Manpower - Ireland in Oranmore, Co. Galway, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to enter inventory receipts into the ERP system, move stock to locations, and issue raw materials to work orders. Hours are 7:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday, under a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You will post issues in the system, maintain packing slips, and support bi-weekly cycle counts. Proficiency with PC and ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards) is preferred; travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Enter all inventory receipts into the software system.
• Move inventory to locations and issue raw material to work orders.
• Post issues on current system for material requisitioned to routers.
• Maintain packing slips and receiving receipts.
• Run bi-weekly cycle counts and enter corrected data for inventory adjustments.
• Communicate with planners and purchasing on receipt issues and due dates.
• Resolve system errors related to department activity.
• Handle shipping and receipt function associated with OSP.
