Job summary

The Merrion Hotel in Dublin is seeking a Private Dining Waiter to join our five-star team. You will be responsible for mise-en-place, greeting guests, and delivering drinks and food to the highest Merrion standards.

• Ensure all glassware/ crockery are polished and ready for mise-en-place.
