Job summary

The Merrion Hotel in Dublin is seeking a dedicated Room Service Waiter to join its five-star team. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, set up room service orders, and ensure flawless service in guest rooms and suites.

• Preparing and presenting amenities in guest bedrooms per hotel standards.
• Clearing & polishing procedures along daily AM / PM shift prep checklist to follow per hotel standards.
• Transportation of food and service of food to guest per LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.
• Micros Knowledge (able to put through orders & all understands Micros procedures).
• Should be able to set up Room Service Trolleys & Trays for Room Service orders.

The Role

We are looking for a service driven individual to join our five star Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World.
