Job summary

The Address Cork is seeking a diligent Front of House night auditor to ensure guest queries are met quickly and securely while performing nightly checks and a full audit of the premises.

Responsibilities include reception handovers, security and fire checks, efficient guest check-in/out, and night room service duties with attention to cleanliness and safety. This is a on-site role based in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Be on time, in full clean uniform and present a professional appearance.
• Receive handover from Daily Porters, Receptionists and Duty Manager.
• Carry out security and fire checks at scheduled times and log irregularities.
• Check guests in/out efficiently and handle luggage.
• Handle Lounge/Room Service orders after 11 pm and maintain cleanliness.
• Log night shift events and report problems to the Duty Manager.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Carry out security/fire checks at regular intervals and log irregularities.
• Efficient check-in/out and quick handling of guest luggage.
• Deal with guest enquiries/needs promptly.
• Carry out Lounge/Room Service orders after 11 pm and keep kitchen areas clean.
• Prepare and deliver Breakfast cards and Room Service as required.
• Cover Bar Service when staff depart and maintain cash/stock procedures.
• Carry out nightly cleaning per schedule and tidy public areas.
