Job summary

NYX Hotels Dublin Portobello is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. You’ll run the night audit, balance end-of-day accounts, and help ensure a smooth, memorable stay for guests while upholding Leonardo Hotels standards.

You’ll be the face of the hotel at night, handle guest inquiries by phone, email or at the desk, coordinate with the Night Porter for room service, and contribute to a supportive, energetic night shift culture with ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Run the night audit and balance end-of-day accounts.
• Supervise day-to-day front office operations.
• Be an ambassador for NYX Hotels and Leonardo Hotels.
• Speak confidently with guests at the desk, by email or over the phone.
• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out, including night arrivals and departures.
• Manage room service orders and liaise with the Night Porter to ensure guest satisfaction.
