The Cork International Hotel is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join the front office team in Cork. If you have guest facing experience and enjoy delivering warm hospitality, this role could be for you.

You will manage check-in/out, reservations, and daily admin, while maintaining security and cash handling as part of a busy hotel team. Relocation assistance is available and staff development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest facing role preferably in a hotel.
• Good communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Register guests on arrival using names and adhere to procedures.
• Handle reservations and align with rate management and selling guidelines.
• Post pay-in vouchers and record cash; ensure security of cash and property.
• Maintain cleanliness, uniforms, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Assist Reservations Coordinator when required and support front office operations.
