Job summary

The Address Cork is seeking a Front of House Night Auditor to ensure guest queries are met promptly and hotel operations run smoothly through the night. You will supervise the premises, perform nightly security and fire checks, and complete a comprehensive night audit.

We look for punctual, well-presented team players who can coordinate handovers from porters, reception and the duty manager, and assist with lounge/room service and breakfast preparation where needed.

Qualifications

• Punctual, reliable and well-presented with a professional appearance.
• Ability to manage guest queries quickly and with discretion.
• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in full uniform with name badge.
• Receive handover from porters, reception and Duty Manager.
• Carry out security and fire checks at scheduled times.
• Check-in/out guests efficiently and handle luggage.
• Prepare and deliver night/lounge/room service as required.
• Log nightly events and incidents in the diary.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock procedures in public areas.
