Job summary

Greystar Ireland seeks a dedicated team member to manage the night community operations and deliver an exceptional 24/7 resident experience. You will provide reception and safety support, ensure smooth handovers, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and security across the community.

The role offers a base salary from €33,750 per year, with potential on-site bonus programs, reflecting experience and responsibilities in a dynamic rental housing environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model by demonstrating core values.
• Provides reception, administration, and customer service support, including key management and lock-outs.
• Ensures policies are followed for guest procedures and out-of-hours check-in/out.
• Responds to booking inquiries and ensures handover for next day occupancy.
• Supports social events to drive resident engagement and retention.
• Delivers timely communication between day and night teams for handover.
• Handles customer complaints promptly and escalates when needed with guidance.
• Maintains common amenity areas and reports minor maintenance issues.
• Investigates maintenance problems and proposes practical solutions.
• Manages lock/key issues, heating/radiator problems, and basic power concerns.
• Fixes leaks and maintains a safe, secure environment at all times.
• Maintains health and safety and data compliance awareness.
• Conducts room and communal area inspections and performs reasonable duties as required.
