Job summary

The Merrion is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our front-of-house team in Dublin. You will carry out all Night Audit duties, manage guest check-ins/outs, and ensure guest safety throughout your shift, working from 10.45pm to 07.00am five nights per week.

You will operate the Opera System, process payments to The Merrion standards, and collaborate with the Night Hall Porter to fulfil guest requests, within a welcoming and professional environment.

• Carrying out and completing all duties as laid out on the Reception/ Night Audit Checklist.
• Ensure safety & security for all guests during the night.
• Run the Night Audit / End of Day.
• Check guests in and out of the Hotel in line with Opera System and perform payment transactions to the Merrion Hotel standards.
• Working alongside the Night Hall Porter to assist with guest requests

The hours of this role are from 10.45pm - 07.00am five nights per week.

Shift work & flexibility are required in this position.
