Job summary

The Merrion in Dublin is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and motivate the housekeeping team on-site. You will oversee guest bedrooms, public areas and turndown service, ensuring five-star hygiene standards and exceptional guest care.

Your role as Housekeeping Supervisor will include:

• Supervision of the servicing of guest bedrooms, public areas and turndown service.
• You must demonstrate five star hygiene standards and work in a professional manner, whilst supervising the Housekeeping Team.
• Ensure employees adhere to cleaning checklists, as per hotel standards.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with Management Team.
• Regularly check public areas/toilets to ensure standards are maintained.

Shift work & flexibility are required in this position.

The successful candidate will have strong guest focus, communication skills, great spoken and written English, multi-tasking ability and enjoy contributing in a positive way to The Merrion Culture. Flexibility in response to guest and business needs is required, no two days are the same!
