NYX Hotels Dublin Portobello is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to manage the night audit and balance the end-of-day accounts within a vibrant hotel team. You will act as a liaison for guests, handling inquiries at the desk, by email or phone, and ensuring a seamless night operation.

As part of the NYX Hotels/Leonardo family, you’ll contribute to a high-end, urban guest experience with a focus on safety, service, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Run the night audit and balance end-of-day accounts.
• Support the Night team and maintain security of the hotel during night shift.
• Greet and engage with guests by phone, email or at the desk to build rapport.
• Coordinate room service orders and liaise with the Night Porter to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As a Night Auditor, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support your Head of Department and keep things running like clockwork. You’ll be running the night audit, balancing the end-of-day accounts and working as part of a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.
