Job summary

NYX Hotels Dublin Portobello is seeking a friendly Room Attendant to support the Housekeeping team and keep bedrooms and bathrooms spotless for guests.

You’ll dust, polish, vacuum, refresh towels and linen, strip and make beds, report maintenance issues, and work with a vibrant team to exceed expectations. Flexible hours, full training, and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or cleaning is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, polishing, vacuuming.
• Refresh towels and linen as required.
• Stripping and making beds.
• Cleaning bathrooms.
• Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards.

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As a Room Attendant, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support the Head Housekeeper and keep our hotel clean as a whistle. We offer flexible working conditions with the opportunity for overtime. Full training will be provided so that you are confident to ensure that every bedroom and bathroom is clean and well-presented for our guests.
