Job summary

NYX Hotels Dublin Portobello is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a vibrant, laidback luxury setting. You will work closely with the Head of Department to motivate the team, supervise service delivery, and ensure memorable guest experiences across all F&B outlets.

You’ll bring creativity to events, be visible on the floor, organize and support during functions, and help with reviews and team coaching.

You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. You’ll be the backbone of the team as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, as you’ll be working with your Head of Department to motivate the team, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us.
