Gong in Dublin is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive - New Logos to own the full sales cycle for net-new customers, with a heavy emphasis on outbound prospecting.

You will source, qualify, and close deals from $50k to $250k, build relationships with net-new logos, and articulate Gong's value to sales leaders.

Competenze

• 2+ years of net-new logo closing experience plus outbound SDR/BDR experience.
• SaaS/enterprise software sales experience with net-new deals $50k-$250K.
• Experience selling a platform solution.
• Track record of meeting new business sales quotas (President's Club, Rep of the Year).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience selling to sales leaders is a plus.
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

• Source and manage a pipeline of net-new prospects through proactive outbound prospecting, from lead to close.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate Gong's value proposition to prospects.
• Build relationships with net-new logos to drive them through the sales cycle to close.
• Run and implement pilot programs.
• Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve new business quota quarterly.
