Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is helping a Dublin-based, Irish-owned global manufacturing and distribution group recruit a National Account Manager. You will manage pharmacy accounts nationwide from the Dublin office, delivering packaging solutions across blister packs, bottles, cartons, labels, and compliance packs.

You will build relationships with pharmacies and groups, coordinate projects with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure regulatory and safety requirements are met, while driving efficiency,

Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmacy sector or account management selling into groups at head office level.
• Ability to generate new product ideas and innovate.
• Experience negotiating contracts; knowledge of supply chain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver packaging solutions for pharmacies across Ireland.
• Manage projects from requirements through to implementation (blister packs, bottles, cartons, labels, and compliance packs).
• Build strong relationships with pharmacies, pharmacy groups and other healthcare customers.
• Coordinate packaging projects with specifications, timelines, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet medication-safety, quality, traceability and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, usability, sustainability and cost.
• Support customer retention, account growth and new business development.
• Provide product guidance and training to customers, pharmacy teams and sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate customer, product and project records in line with company policies.
