Job summary

Iperium in Dublin is launching a new multilingual Centre of Excellence and seeks an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team across Business Development, Renewals and Customer Success. You will own day-to-day performance, development and operational effectiveness of the team, set KPIs, coach staff and manage forecasting to drive pipeline, renewals and customer value.

This is a strategic early-stage role with international exposure and a strong commercial culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inside sales, BDRs, renewals or CS.
• Proven track record of coaching teams and meeting targets.
• Experience in SaaS/enterprise software or cybersecurity.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multilingual team across Business Development, Renewals and Customer Success.
• Establish clear KPIs, performance expectations and management routines across each function.
• Drive pipeline generation, renewal performance, customer retention and commercial growth.
• Build and improve processes, playbooks and methodologies to support a scalable inside sales operation.
• Manage forecasting, reporting, pipeline reviews and performance analysis.
• Work closely with Sales, Partner Management, Operations and senior leadership to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development as the Dublin Centre of Excellence continues to grow.
• Create a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
