Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland in Dublin is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive renewals and upsell for AI and SaaS solutions. You will make outbound calls to existing customers, guide them through the renewals cycle, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will use Salesforce and analytics to forecast renewals, meet targets, and collaborate with teammates in a high-energy sales culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (inside sales, telesales or outbound)
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• English & German at C1 level (written and spoken)
• High energy, goal-oriented, and a strong team player
• Customer-first mindset with ability to build rapport quickly
• Familiarity with SaaS products, digital solutions, or cloud-based services is preferred
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
• Sales Methodology (BANT)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and guide them through the renewal process.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions to drive renewals and upsell.
• Minimize customer churn by ensuring timely renewals through proactive engagement and issue resolution
• Leverage CRM and analytics tools to manage renewal forecasts and track key metrics like renewal rate and expansion revenue.
• Gather and share customer feedback to improve product adoption and reduce renewal friction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and competitors to handle objections effectively.
• Maintain professionalism and customer service on every call.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a high-energy sales culture.
• Accurately document customer interactions and pipeline activity in a CRM tool.
