Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking Care Advisors to support clients worldwide, including brokers and medical providers. You will respond to queries on cover and claims, coordinate with medical teams, and deliver high-quality service with a focus on data protection and privacy.

You will work in a dynamic multinational environment with hybrid working options, access to learning programs, and a range of employee benefits. Fluency in English and Italian is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer focused role in an administrative capacity.
• Previous call centre experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Valid EU work permit to work full time year round.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries regarding cover, claims, hospitalisation, and complaints.
• Meet the department's service standards with fast written responses.
• Multi-task daily workload and follow up on cases.
• Develop product knowledge to provide timely information.
• Coordinate client admissions, evacuations and other cases with medical teams.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and client retention.
• Strengthen data management and protect client information.
• Work with AI, data analytics and cloud tools within governance standards.
