Axiom Hospitality is opening two brand-new Dublin hotels and recruiting a Sales Manager to lead pre-opening and ongoing sales across both properties. You will develop the sales strategy, build a strong pipeline and win key accounts with corporate clients, agencies and partners in Dublin.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in branded hotel sales, a proven ability to hit targets, and experience with corporate, groups and extended stay business.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in hotel sales within a branded environment (ideally Marriott).
• Pre-opening and/or multi-property or cluster sales experience is desirable.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience across corporate, groups and extended stay business.
• Confident with sales systems, CRM tools and reporting; Marriott platforms preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Sound commercial acumen and understanding of revenue management.
• Established network in the Dublin or Irish business market is an advantage.

• Lead sales across two hotels through pre-opening and into operation.

• Develop and grow a pipeline across corporate, groups, MICE and leisure.
• Win and manage key accounts with corporate clients, agencies and local partners.
• Collaborate with the Cluster GM, revenue and marketing on targets and pricing.
• Leverage Marriott channels and global network to drive business.
• Position each hotel to reflect Courtyard and Residence Inn profiles.
• Report performance, track results against budget and identify new opportunities.
