Sofitel Dublin Airport Hotel, a flagship property managed by the Arora Group in partnership with Accor’s Sofitel, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive pre-opening sales and launch activities. You will lead a strategic plan focused on rooms, events, and F&B, cultivating a high-performance sales culture.

The role requires strong relationships with corporate, leisure, and MICE segments, with a track record of negotiating favorable contracts and achieving occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Experience building a portfolio with local corporate clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with strong organisational skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Identify, target, and secure corporate, leisure, MICE, and group opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and clients.
