Axiom Hospitality in Dublin is opening two brand-new hotels in May 2027 and seeks a Director of Sales to oversee both sites. You will lead pre-opening sales, develop a robust pipeline, and manage key accounts, reporting to the Cluster GM and collaborating with revenue/marketing teams.

You will leverage Marriott channels and a strong local network to drive early bookings, while shaping pricing and commercial plans for the two properties.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in hotel sales in a branded environment.
• Pre-opening and multi-property or cluster sales experience desirable.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

• Lead sales across two hotels through pre-opening and early operation.
• Build pre-opening sales strategy and secure early business.
• Develop a strong pipeline across corporate, groups, extended stay and leisure.
• Win and manage key accounts; build relationships with clients, agencies and partners.
• Collaborate with GM, revenue and marketing to set targets and plans.
• Leverage Marriott channels and global network to drive bookings.
• Position each hotel to reflect distinct guest profiles and markets.
• Report performance, track vs. budget, identify new revenue opportunities.
