Job summary

Axiom Hospitality in Dublin is opening two brand-new hotels and recruiting a Dual-site People & Culture Manager to lead the HR function across both properties. You will drive pre-opening recruitment, establish the people culture, and partner with senior leaders to ensure seamless operations.

We seek an HR professional with 3+ years in branded hotels, strong employment-law knowledge, and a proven track record in high-volume recruitment and employee-relations coaching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager in a branded hotel environment.
• Pre-opening and/or multi-property or cluster HR experience desirable.
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Track record of high-volume recruitment and building teams from the ground up.
• Confidence managing employee relations cases and coaching managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening recruitment campaigns and onboarding for two Dublin hotels.
• Shape the people culture from day one, embedding brand standards.
• Partner with the Cluster GM and leadership as adviser on people matters.
• Design and deliver induction, training and development programmes.
• Manage employee relations with fairness and consistency.
• Drive engagement, retention and wellbeing across both properties.
• Manage monthly payroll and monitor labour costs against budget.
