Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is a leading MSP partner delivering managed services and contingent workforces globally. The role focuses on delivering day‑to‑day program operations, client and supplier coordination, and service excellence within a hybrid MSP environment.

The Specialist role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, data analysis, invoices, and SLA monitoring to ensure successful program delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP or vendor management is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with local hiring managers and their temporary recruitment requests.
• Record and maintain information on recruitment agency performance and requirements.
• Conduct vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, brief 3rd party suppliers, screen CVs, schedule interviews, onboard and manage contractors.
• Manage local relations with client and agencies.
• Check, upload and track invoices and approvals for payment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues with customers and agencies.
• Monitor achievement of local service level agreements.
• Provide statistical analysis support and other duties as client needs dictate.
• Provide periodic programme status reports to the Programme Manager.
