Job summary

360 Search are recruiting a Mortgage Advisor to join their busy Dublin team. You will take ownership of mortgage clients from initial conversation, providing top-quality mortgage advice with access to all lenders in the broker market, supported by Administrators through the mortgage journey from start to finish.

Leads are provided and full training with targets will help you build a strong pipeline. The role offers a competitive salary with strong bonus and commission earnings and good hybrid

Qualifications

• QFA qualification and mortgage advisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and the lending process.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Uncover client needs and advise on the best mortgage solution.
• Assess financial circumstances, credit history and affordability.
• Manage paperwork and lender applications.
• Negotiate with banks and lenders to secure the best loan.
• Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations.
• Maintain market knowledge of mortgage products and services.
• Aim to exceed targets and grow pipeline.
