Qualifications

• QFA qualification with up-to-date CPD and the relevant qualifications to advise across required product areas.
• Proven track record of generating business and developing client relationships.
• Strong commercial drive and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across financial planning, protection, pensions, savings and investments.
• Generate leads, build new business opportunities, and convert opportunities into lasting client relationships.
• Coach and mentor advisers and team members to build a high-performing financial services organization.
• Deliver high-quality financial advice within regulatory requirements and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead day-to-day management and drive commercial performance of the financial planning business.
• Support business planning, monitor pipelines, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
