Job summary

Search Talent is recruiting Mortgage Advisors (APA or QFA qualified) to join a nationwide top brokerage in Ireland. The role focuses on advising on mortgages within a large client book and offers clear promotion paths.

The position is based in Tipperary/East Cork/Limerick City or Waterford region with an in-office requirement of three days a week. You will engage in mortgage advisory, financial planning, and related services within a supportive culture designed to develop staff to managerial

Responsibilities

• Advise daily on mortgage products and financial options for a broad client base.
• Build and manage client relationships to maximize mortgage approvals and settlements.
• Collaborate with existing team to support growth and staff development.
• Contribute to meeting targets and revenue through cross-selling of financial products.

The basic salary is high and they're looking for someone like you with experience in advising on mortgages or in other forms of advisory, who would be happy to consider a move with the following kind of brokerage:

• A massive client base of work and mortgages to work from start to completions
• A brokerage where you can move up and be promoted quickly – looking at their current staff as example, the path to a managerial level is very doable.
• A brokerage that is currently attracting a large book of mortgages to work for people all across the country.
• They are a company that really pride themselves on developing their staff as best they can, developing the careers of their financial planners to grow into lucrative, self-sufficient and highly successful financial planners. Anywhere where support is needed, be it with support staff or advice from colleagues and teamwork together, is actively encouraged as a culture of helping one another out.

A little bit about you (they are hiring for multiple roles so this is not a strict criteria depending on what level you wish to enter)

• You are APA or QFA qualified (QFA preferable)
• You are looking to advise daily in a large book of mortgages and be in a brokerage where you can comfortably move up and be promoted quickly.
• You are happy to be in office 3 days a week and are based within Tipperary/East Cork/Limerick City or Waterford region. We can discuss the commute for you closer to the time.

Salary

This is an open conversation for you to negotiate based off your billings to date and how you meet and exceed targets to date, which will determine your salary and your commission structure. I encourage anyone who wants to earn more to discuss this with me right away.
