Job summary

Search Talent Recruitment is recruiting for Mortgage Advisor (QFA Qualified) and Financial Advisors in Limerick for a nationwide top brokerage. A large client base and clear promotion path await the right candidate.

The basic salary is €45-60k depending on experience, with a 25% bonus on all billings after 2.5x salary target. You will join an established team of 5 mortgage advisors alongside a broader financial planning team.

• Willing to be in office 5 days per week.

We, here at Search Talent Recruitment, have been retained by an outstanding mortgage advisory brokerage in Limerick to identify the top mortgage advisors in the country to be part of a growing brokerage nationwide.

The basic salary is dependent on experience and this can be discussed further with us for individual guidance based on billings and years of experience. They're looking for someone like you with experience in advising on mortgages or in other forms of advisory, who would be happy to consider a move with the following kind of brokerage:

• A massive client base of work and mortgages to work from start to completions
• A brokerage where you can move up and be promoted quickly – looking at their current staff as example, the path to a managerial level is very doable.
• A brokerage that is currently attracting a large book of mortgages to work for people all across the country.
• An established team of 5 mortgage advisors alongside a wider financial planning team

A little bit about you (they are hiring for multiple roles so this is not a strict criteria depending on what level you wish to enter):

• You are QFA qualified (QFA preferable)
• You are looking to advise daily in a large book of mortgages and be in a brokerage where you can comfortably move up and be promoted quickly
• You are happy to be in office 5 days per week

Salary & Targets:

• €45-60k range available dependent on experience
• Bonus of 25% on all billings achieved after 2.5x salary target so overall great earning potential
