Job summary

MongoDB is seeking Technical Services Engineers to advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems from our Dublin office. You will be an expert on the MongoDB ecosystem and interface with product teams to advocate for customers.

You’ll work on architecture, performance, security, and tooling, including internal tools for performance benchmarking and diagnostics, with a collaborative, in-office 3-5 day schedule.

Qualifications

• We expect candidates to be self-taught, curious and multi-faceted.
• The ideal candidate has strong technical experience in the listed areas.
• Experience with large-scale production environments is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• You'll work with our largest customers to solve complex MongoDB challenges on architecture, performance, recovery, security and more.
• You'll be an expert resource on best practices for running MongoDB at scale.
• You'll interface with product management and development to advocate for customers' needs.
• You'll contribute to internal projects, including tools for performance, benchmarking and diagnostics.
