Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is hiring for a member support role serving the military community in Ireland. You will provide telephone-based guidance on general insurance underwriting, resolve disputes, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Collaboration with Insurance Professionals and a focus on regulatory compliance are key. The role emphasizes achieving sales and service targets, building relationships with members, and contributing to a culture of excellence recognised by industry

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education or equivalent.
• Level 6 qualification or higher.
• APA qualification or willingness to start within 6 months.
• Insurance and customer service background.
• Experience with the military community preferred.
• Excellent business English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a Windows environment.
• Proven ability to close sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and guidance to members via phone.
• Find solutions to complex issues and ensure a positive member experience.
• Collaborate with Insurance Professionals dedicated to fulfilling the mission.
• Deliver telephone-based support for general insurance underwriting.
• Respond to member requests and resolve disputes efficiently.
• Build relationships to identify member needs and suggest appropriate USAA products.
• Achieve sales and service targets while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Escalate systemic issues impacting member satisfaction.
