Job summary

Accenture is seeking an intellectually curious Mid-Market AI Business Partner to work directly with Mid-Market customers. This role focuses on high-value, consultative conversations around AI transformation, data strategy, and business value creation.

You will own the early-to-mid sales cycle; from targeted prospecting, account mapping, deep account research through to qualification and warm handoffs. Engage executives and demonstrate deep AI and SaaS understanding to unlock meaningful business

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tech sales, inside sales, or business development (AI/SaaS/enterprise preferred).
• Native or near-native English with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong account planning, research, and discovery skills.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Lead executive level discovery conversations with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Shape account strategy and map complex organisations and stakeholders.
• Drive deep discovery to uncover root business problems and connect tech to value.
• Own qualification and handoff with high-quality opportunities for Account Directors.
