Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an intellectually curious Mid‑Market AI Business Partner to work directly with Mid‑Market customers, engaging senior leaders in high‑value advisory conversations on AI transformation, data strategy, and business value creation.

You will own the early to mid‑sales cycle, map complex organisations, shape account strategy, and partner with Account Directors to identify where AI can unlock measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English; Nordic language knowledge (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish)
• 3+ years’ experience in tech sales, inside sales, or business development
• Experience with Account Planning and Development
• Background in AI, data, SaaS or digital transformation
• Exceptional storytelling & communication skills
• Curiosity & problem solving for structured discovery and hypothesis building
• Professional presence to engage executive levels
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through thoughtful, targeted outreach.
• Lead executive level discovery conversations (c-suite/c-1) with clear, confident, consultative communication.
• Shape account strategy, mapping complex organisations and stakeholders.
• Drive deep, structured discovery to uncover root business problems and connect technical capability with business value.
• Partner with Account Directors on account planning, development, and meeting preparation; identify opportunities and build strategic hypotheses on AI value.
• Own qualification and handoff, ensuring Account Directors receive high-quality opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and activity records.
• Stay current on AI, SaaS, and market trends to communicate complex concepts clearly.
