Job summary

PlayStation is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to maintain Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies across the organization. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and business groups to promote scalable, secure collaboration services using Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.

The role emphasizes governance, operational support, process improvement, and automation.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5+ years providing support for Microsoft 365 technologies in a corporate setting.
• Experience supporting operational processes, governance workflows, or technical initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 operational initiatives, governance efforts, and platform improvements.
• Analyze ticket trends and recurring issues to identify process improvements, automation, and efficiency.
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate identity and access governance activities including RBAC, MFA, PIM, and access reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, governance, and support teams to move initiatives through review and implementation.
• Support high-priority incidents and blockers through coordination, tracking, and follow-up.
