Job summary

ESB Networks in Wilton, Cork is seeking a data collection support role to assist the Meter Reading/Data Collection Team Leader. The role offers Smart Working with hybrid arrangements and attendance at the workplace for collaboration. You will contribute to data integrity and support billing processes.

Experience in data collection, strong IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), and good communication are essential. SAP ISU is desirable for the candidate.

Qualifications

• Essential: Third level qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail is critical.

Responsibilities

• Validate meter readings to support billing deadline with Market Place.
• Be adaptable to move across teams in Meter Reading to meet Business requirements.
• Flexible approach to working, including multitasking as required.
• Liaise with RMS and ESB Networks.
