Job summary

Electricity Supply Board (ESB) in Wilton, Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Meter Reading Data Collection Team Member. This full-time role supports the Data Collection Team Leader and collaborates with RMS, MRSO, and other ESB Networks areas.

Hybrid working with at least two days in the office is available to suit operational needs. Responsibilities include validating meter readings for billing deadlines, flexible cross-team support, and data integrity within our database.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification or equivalent work experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail is critical.

Responsibilities

• Validating Meter readings received in a timely fashion to support billing deadline with the Market Place.
• Adaptable to change and supportive of moving across teams in Meter Reading to meet Business requirements.
• Flexible approach to working, including multitasking as required
• Liaising closely with other business functions within RMS and ESB Networks
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in line with our customer charter
• Participate in business projects as required
• Engage with Suppliers, customers and support contractors to reduce sites with a long term no access across meter points.
• Working as part of a highly motivated team to ensure the integrity of data in our database
