Job summary

PayPal in Ireland is seeking a Merchant Attach Hunter to acquire new-logo SMB merchants through partner platforms and AI-self-prospected leads. You’ll qualify leads, present onboarding value, and guide merchants to PayPal acceptance with a strong handoff to Account Management.

The role emphasizes fast-paced prospecting, clear value articulation, and maintaining a clean sales pipeline in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent
• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in sales or customer acquisition is a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage and collaborate with the immediate team
• Qualify partner-sourced and AI-qualified leads, prioritising outreach
• Present onboarding and value propositions to merchants on partner platforms
• Handle objections and close opportunities, enabling PayPal acceptance
• Handoff newly acquired merchants to Account Management with complete context
• Maintain pipeline hygiene with accurate stages and next actions
