Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Merchant Attach Hunter in Ireland to acquire new-logo SMB merchants from partner platforms and high-quality leads. You will quickly qualify prospects, present onboardingValue proposals, and hand off to Account Management with full context, enabling a smooth PayPal acceptance path.

The role emphasizes fast-paced, high-volume acquisition, collaboration with the immediate team, and ensuring compliant outreach while maintaining accurate pipeline data.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the team and contribute to solutions.
• Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with small and medium‑sized merchants.
• Qualify partner-sourced and AI-qualified leads and present onboarding value propositions.
• Keep accurate activity, pipeline and next-step records for smooth handoffs to AM1/AM2.
