Job summary

Ballina Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative (MSR) to support day-to-day member needs in Ballina, Co. Mayo.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service across telephone, online and email channels, with strong attention to accuracy and member care. The MSR will manage member accounts, perform transactions, and contribute to a friendly, efficient service culture at Ballina Credit Union.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or office environment is desirable.
• QFA qualification desirable (or actively working towards MCC).
• Successful candidates will meet Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle member accounts, including lodgements, withdrawals and transfers.
• Record and reconcile transactions for daily cash float and electronic payments.
• Provide telephone, online and email service to members with high quality care.
• Deliver exceptional member service in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with general back-office and administrative tasks as required.
