Qualifications

• Experience in medical sales or healthcare sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Wound Closure portfolio within hospitals across the assigned territory.
• Establish the portfolio as a preferred choice by articulating the importance of surgical outcomes and product quality.
• Develop and maintain strong account plans with weekly/monthly sales activity.
• Analyze sales reports and account performance to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Negotiate and close sales in routine situations and escalate complex opportunities as needed.
• Lead and support customer training activities and professional education initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support territory and business goals.
• Communicate market intelligence to Marketing and Management for strategy adaptation.
