Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Ireland is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth across the Wound Closure & Biosurgery portfolios. You will drive specialty expansion into Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Urology, Cardiac, and Plastics, developing strategies to increase product adoption versus primary methods.

You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, support education and training, and leverage market intelligence to identify opportunities that grow the business

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business development or marketing experience in MedTech or healthcare.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience in strategy development and execution with a track record of results.

Responsibilities

• Specialty Expansion: develop and execute marketing strategies to penetrate Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Urology, Cardiac, and Plastics markets.
• Strategy Development: expand product adoption and design an All-Ireland strategic approach to win new accounts.
• Leadership: act as a role model for cross-functional collaboration and drive innovation in marketing and sales enablement.
• Reporting to regional leadership and aligning local execution with Global/EMEA strategies.
