Job summary

PFH Technology Group in Ireland seeks a Medical Devices Manager for a 24 month contract. You will coordinate ICT projects, gather requirements from clinical and operational teams and drive digital transformation within healthcare.

The role focuses on delivery, risk management and stakeholder engagement across technical and clinical staff. You should have proven healthcare ICT project experience and a relevant management qualification, with strong analytical and documentation skills to support

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering ICT projects in healthcare or digital transformation.
Qualification in project management, IT, business analysis or related discipline.
Experience with project management methodologies, business analysis and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and manage technology and transformation projects with agreed timelines.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks and status reports.
Monitor progress and dependencies, escalating issues as required.
Engage clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
Facilitate workshops and process mapping to identify improvements.
Coordinate solution design, vendor engagement, testing and go-live activities.
Support compliance with data protection, cybersecurity and clinical safety.
Track performance, benefits realization and governance measures.
