Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a contract position with a leading Medical Device client in Ireland. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage Oracle Fusion/EBS implementations, and drive Agile/Hybrid projects to on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has senior IT project management experience, strong strategic thinking, and a proven ability to partner with business and IT stakeholders. Previous medical device procurement exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior IT project management experience with large, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience leading Oracle Fusion or EBS implementations.
• Proven ability to align business needs with IT solutions in matrix organisations.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies, in medical device contexts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead prioritisation of competing requirements with business and IT stakeholders.
• Communicate with business partners as conduit to IT.
• Support articulation of business processes that inform technical solutions.
• Lead SMEs and technical resources in requirements definition.
• Understand implications of business decisions on technical, resources and schedule.
• Set scope, milestones and deliverable schedules; drive execution.
• Lead cross-functional project teams via approved project methodology.
• Present to IT, business function and executive steering committees.
• Monitor execution and report status, risks and issues; manage change control.
• Deliver initiatives on-time and on/under budget; ensure scalable solutions.
